One.Product presentation

Middle-temperature-amylase is extracted from fermented deeply Bacillus subtilis.It can hydrolyze starch and hepatin,dissolve internal Alpha-1,4 glucose glycosidic linkage,produce short-chain dextrine and oligosaccharide to reduce viscosity of gelatineous starch rapidly.This enzyme can be used in beer brewing,alcohol production,monosodium glutamate, starch sugar,feed,liquefication of fermentation business,fiber,printing and dyeing,etc.

Three.Define of enzyme activity

In the condition of 70 centi grade,PH6.0,the amount of this enzyme it needs which dissolved starch become dextrine in one minute.This is an enzyme activity. 

Four.Using methods

1. In the process of beer brewing,this enzyme can be added after material is stired in the mash boiler.each material can need 6 unit enzyme The material can be liquefied about 30 mins in 85-90 centi grade.

2. In the process of sugar and monosodium glutamate,this kind of starch enzyme can be added to starch slurry(6-8 unit per gram material),and they are sufficiently mixed,you can heat them to 85-90 centi grade and liquefy them about 30 mins.

3. In the process of textiles desizing,it can be used in desizing of  no resisting high-temperature silk,chemical fiber,linsey-woolsey.The addition of this enzyme is 0.2 percent(30000u/ml),and it should be kept 20-40 mins after the temperature is increased to 50-80 centi grade.

4. In other industries,the addition of enzyme can be controled in 6-8 unit per gram starch,and concentration of Ca is 150 ppm.
