AQ-TOP COVID-19 Rapid Detection Kit Plus is a reverse transcriptase Real Time Loop Mediated Isothermal Amplification (RT-LAMP) assay intended for the detection of nucleic acid from SARS-CoV-2 in clinical respiratory specimens from individuals who are suspected of COVID-19. The kit targets SARS-CoV-2 Orf1ab, N gene and human RNase-P (Internal Control, IC) as an endogenous control. Accurate detection of the viral RNA is parallelly confirmed using the Positive (PC) and Negative (NC) controls which are included in the kit.
