Product Information
This kit uses enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) based on biotin double
antibody sandwich technology to assay Human Nuclear Factor Kappa B(NFkB). Add
Nuclear Factor Kappa B(NFkB) to wells that are pre-coated with Nuclear Factor Kappa
B(NFkB) monoclonal antibody and then incubate. After incubation, add anti Nuclear Factor
Kappa B(NFkB) antibodies labeled with biotin to unite with Streptavidin-HRP, which forms
the immune complex. Remove unbound enzymes after incubation and washing, then add
substrate A and B. The solution will turn blue and change to yellow with the effect of acid.
The shades of solution and the concentration of Human Nuclear Factor Kappa B(NFkB) are
positively correlated.
