Product Information
This kit uses enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) based on biotin double antibody sandwich technology to assay Human B-Cell Activating Factor(BAFF). Add B-Cell Activating Factor(BAFF) to wells that are pre-coated with B-Cell Activating Factor(BAFF) monoclonal antibody and then incubate. After incubation, add anti B-Cell Activating Factor(BAFF) antibodies labeled with biotin to unite with Streptavidin-HRP, which forms the immune complex. Remove unbound enzymes after incubation and washing, then add substrate A and B. The solution will turn blue and change to yellow with the effect of acid. The shades of solution and the concentration of Human B-Cell Activating Factor(BAFF) are positively correlated.
