Styrene-Butadiene  Latex Dispersion

Styrene-butadiene latex is a copolymer latex which is composed by styrene, 

butadiene, acrylic acid, it has good compatibility, loading level is high, few foam in the coating formulating process.The latex has large bonding force to filler and fiber.The latex products are full of elasticity and good touching feel.

Product Description:

Carboxylic styrene butadiene latex 101 is mainly used in the production of 

coated paper, and it has strong bonding force, high mechanical stability and 

chemical stability. And it has good compatibility with paper coating. The coatedpaper has high smoothness, glossiness and printing adaptability.

Carboxylic styrene butadiene latex 201 is mainly used in the production of 

dipping gloves and it could reduce the production cost of the butadiene-

acrylonitrile and reinforce thewater resistance and glossiness of gloves.

Carboxylic styrene butadiene latex 301 is mainly used in the production of 

carpet backing，and it has good compatibility, compatibility. Besides, it has 

large loading level, and low odor. The carpet has high bonding forces and 

good touching feel.

Carboxylic styrene butadiene latex 401 is mainly used in the production of 

dipping  tyre cord and canvas dipping latex，and it has good bonding forces, 

good compatibility with Vinyl pyridine while dipping cord.

Carboxylic styrene butadiene latex 501 is mainly used in the production of 

cement products. The latexhas good compatibility with cement mortar，the 

product has good pressure resistance, it will reinforce oil resistance, wearing 

resistance and shock resistance of the cement products.

SBR latex 601 is mainly used in the production of latex products，it has high latex solid content, and could produce shoe-pad, pillow, and mattress. Besides, 

it could also produce sponge pad, carpet pad, chair backing pad.

Quality Standard:

Packing, Transportation and Storage:

Iron and plastic bucket, net weigh 200±1kg/bucket. And it could be packed 

according to customers’ need;

In dry and ventilate storage，sun-resistant，cold-resistant，storage temperature 

5-35℃;

Quality guarantee period:6 months. If beyond this period, it could be used if testing result is ok;

Transport temperature <5 ℃. It should be taken thermal insulation measure. Don’t 

park truck long time on the way
