Butadiene-Acrylonitrile Latex Dispersion
Butadiene-acrylonitrile latex is a co-polymer latex which is composed by butadiene,
acrylonitrile and functional monomer, it has good storage stability and well
processing operation property. Besides, it has good oil resistance, chemical
resistance, and could cross-link with sulfur and metallic oxide. Besides,it has good
adhesion bond with polar materials such as fiber and non- woven fabric. The
product has no allergic reaction to our skins, scratch resistance and prior to native
latex products in tensile stress at a given elongation. Our products could reach the
abroad technical specifications of the same product series.
We have developed and produced six series butadiene-acrylonitrile latex products.
They are mainly used in the fields of dipping gloves, unlined gloves, safety gloves,
nonwoven cloth impregnation, oil resistant sealing materials and modified resins .
etc.
Product Desicription:
NBR latex 101 is mainly used in the production of industrial nylon glove coatings,
it could reinforce the wearing resistance, oil resistance, scratch resistance and
glossiness.
NBR latex 102 is mainly used in the production of cotton and lint dipping gloves, it could reinforce the wearing resistance, oil resistance, scratch resistance and
glossiness.
NBR latex 201 is mainly used in the production of unlined gloves, it has good film forming properties. and the product unlined gloves have good tensile strength and medium elongation.
NBR latex 301 is mainly used in the production of non-woven fabrics dipping latex, it could reinforce the constancy, wearing resistance and elastic resilience. It is specially used in imitation leather production.
NBR latex 401 is mainly used in the production of oil resistant materials, the sealant materials have good oil resistance and cold resistance.
NBR latex 501 is mainly used in the production of modified resins, it could reinforce the wearing resistance and toughness of the resins.

In dry and ventilate storage，sun-resistant，cold-resistant，storage temperature
5-35℃;
Quality guarantee period:6 months. If beyond this period, it could be used if testing result is ok;
Transport temperature <5 ℃. It should be taken thermal insulation measure. Don’t
park truck long time on the way
