Sake Bio Clean Duct
│ DESCRIPTION │
Sake Bio Clean Duct is an pre-insulated air duct system with built-in PIR insulation. Its body is made with PIR insulation panels, which are also used as insulation materials, and is covered with embossed aluminum foil on both sides of its outside surface, which are then coated with anti-rust paint. It preserves the air in its natural purity and humidity while it is being conveyed through the system. High level of thermal insulation saves energy while its other advanced features such as antibacterial surface improve the quality of indoor air significantly. In Korea, our Bio Clean Duct has been used in Incheon International Airport, Seoul Train Station, EXCO DaeGu and many other landmarks and public spaces.

│ SPECIAL FEATURES │
With pre-insulated PIR board, there is no need for additional insulation. With PIR’s extremely low thermal conductivity characteristic, the duct is well insulated in its initial state.
2. Enhanced antibacterial function
Non-toxic antibiotic substance is applied on the inside surface of the duct. Such feature semi-permanently create germ-free environment.
3. Corrosion Resistant
The perfect non-corrosive feature of the epoxy coating enhances the surface of aluminum.
4. Easy fabrication& Installation
SAKE Bio Clean Duct panel is easy to cut, bend and fabricate. Also its installation and maintenance is simple and easy, due to its light weight. Our PIR insulation requires thinner insulation than other insulation materials for duct system such as glasswool and thus results in lighter body.
5. Economical
While SAKE Duct system has excellent advantages, it is also more economical compared to other duct systems that require additional insulation such as GI duct.
