Super Panel is an insulation board for walls of buildings and houses; it is made of Rigid poly-isocyanurate foam (PIR) and fabric surface, which makes the insulation installation work simple. With its light weight feature, excellent durability, and low thermal conductivity, PIR is one of the most effective insulation materials commonly available today.

Some of the significant projects, in which Super Panel was installed, were Jang Bogo Antarctic Research Station, East Asia Astronomy & Space Science Institute, Yeosu Expo, Songdo Posco, presidential museum, and US military headquarters in Pyeongtaek city.

1. Lowest thermal conductivity – Reflective Facing
The lowest thermal conductivity of rigid PIR insulation is one of its most important properties. Super panels that consist of PIR foam can completely block the thermal conductivity. When thinner insulation is required to meet standards and regulations, maximum use of space is possible.

2. Superior combustibility – Resistant to heat and fire
Materials consisting Super panel is flame retardant and is less combustible compared to XPS and EPS.
Super Panel meets Class 1 surface spread of flame performance when tested to BS 476: Parts7. and ASTM E84.

Super panel uses facing that is used as vapor Barrier or PE coated paper, which doesn’t require moisture-proof construction.
