- Ultra High Purity product is designed to be used in high-purity gas pipeline and supply equipment of semiconductor industry. It has been widely applied in the filed of FPD Display, Electronics, Medicals, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Lab and R&D as well as the semiconductor industry. Product assembly and testing of the entire process proceed in the Clean Room, Class 1000, 100, 10 Zone. By applying Electro-polishing technology, surface roughness remains excellent than Ra ≤ 5 μn specified in SEMI SPEC. Also, through Helium leak test, we ensure the stability of the product and strengthen the trust of our customers.
UHP MFC Series
- A mass flow controller (MFC) is a device used to measure and control the flow of fluid and gases.
MFC is designed and calibrated to control a specific type of fluid or gas at a particular range of flow rates.
The MFC can be given a setpoint from 0 to 100 % of its full scale range with the type of analogue and digital.
Major applications of MFC is used for gas distribution system in semiconductor, R & D, LAB, research center, and University where a constant and stable flow is required together with CE Mark.
