- Ultra High Purity product is designed to be used in high-purity gas pipeline and supply equipment of semiconductor industry. It has been widely applied in the filed of FPD Display, Electronics, Medicals, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Lab and R&D as well as the semiconductor industry. Product assembly and testing of the entire process proceed in the Clean Room, Class 1000, 100, 10 Zone. By applying Electro-polishing technology, surface roughness remains excellent than Ra ≤ 5 μn specified in SEMI SPEC. Also, through Helium leak test, we ensure the stability of the product and strengthen the trust of our customers.
IGS (Integrated Gas System)
- IGS stands for Integrated Gas System is the device that it supplies and controls the high purity gas to the equipment of the semiconductor manufacturing process and is the integrated device by the block access to the unit.
IGS can be provided two different sealing type as W-Seal and C-Seal and offers superior performance realizing the miniaturization, high reliability, space saving, cost reduction and easy maintenance by replacing the conventional model.
