│ DESCRIPTION │
- Ultra High Purity product is designed to be used in high-purity gas pipeline and supply equipment of semiconductor industry. It has been widely applied in the filed of FPD Display, Electronics, Medicals, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Lab and R&D as well as the semiconductor industry. Product assembly and testing of the entire process proceed in the Clean Room, Class 1000, 100, 10 Zone. By applying Electro-polishing technology, surface roughness remains excellent than Ra ≤ 5 μn specified in SEMI SPEC. Also, through Helium leak test, we ensure the stability of the product and strengthen the trust of our customers.
UHP Filter Series
- TK-FUJIKIN has equipped with the system to manufacture the Gas Filter since 2007 and, can manufacture three different element type, Hastelloy, Stainless Steel and PTFE which has the filtering capability for 0.003 μm. TK-FUJIKIN has been manufacturing the filter element by own technology which has been relied on import from overseas, and supplied to the applications in semiconductor and gas-related customers.
