FLEXPZT is the piezoelectric materilas which has the properties of flexiblity and sotfness like rubber. PIEZOLAB has obtained the worldwide patent and possessed the unique technologies.

FLEXPZT is made from the mixture of the piezoelectric PZT powder and approperate polymers. So, It can be applied the various fields. Also, it can be made like the wire type and produce "XIRE" barends.

FLEXPZT is also extremely reliable. It can endure one million of cyclic loading tests and maintain its sensitivity up to the temperature of 150°C, whereas polymer based material starts to degrade at 85°C. The main applications include intrusion detection, traffic monitoring and acoustic pick-up sensors. It can also be applied as the tactile sensor for intelligent and/or cleaner robots, the location sensing and/or the switching element for covering long and/or wide areas, and as the core element for dynamic analysis.
