Lead Acid Battery is a device that converts the chemical energy of electrolytes into electrical energy by submerging two electrodes (+),(-) in electrolytes, and stores the electrical energy for later use. The stored electrical energy can be used on demand when necessary and this is called discharge.

>> Sulfation on battery electrode plate
The sulfate(SO4) bonding with polarized plate by discharge returns to electrolyte by charge. But long period of discharge and charge makes the polarized plates covered with sulfate which does not return to electrolyte anymore. It reduces the battery performance. None using of battery for long time reduces the performance and results in building up layers of sulfate and becomes the status of battery dead.

It is not easy to figure out the huge number of batteries produced every year in global. Especially the production quantity of automobile is over 60 million every year. This may enable you to imagine the battery quantity installed and discarded every year for automobile only. Discarded batteries are presumed over 7 million pieces per year in Korea. It is said that around 70~80% of discarded batteries are caused by sulfation.
Our Battery Regenerator can recover the dead battery discarded after 2~3 years of usage malfunctioned by the main reason of sulfation which forms on the pole plate of the cells.
The technology separates the sulfate from the plate and dissolves it by stimulation of specific DC current so the status of electrolyte returns to the original state.
