Power Supply with direct current and high voltage for ESC is indispensable for CDV system and etching equipment using ESC.
UNICON series are reliable power supplies with various merits including stable performance, various function, easy handling, smart design, UNICON series are divided between unipolar and bipolar type on the output of power supply and are selectable in the broadly ranged 2kV~10kV to the specification necessary.
UNICON series guarantee stability and reliability by passing EMI test that includes the ejection test of electromagnetic wave, the withstand voltage test, static electricity test and assure more stable output through the function of limiting over-current and noise level.
