In line with global trends toward circular economy, our ‘Recyclable Retortable Packaging’ is made of mono-polypropylene material and complies with European CEFLEX and American APR guidelines for recycling.

By recycling the packaging waste into new plastic, it helps reduce 36% of greenhouse gas emission in comparison with manufacturing virgin plastic.

To make it reality, we became a member of Sustainable Packaging Coalition and advise our customers to carry the SPC's recycling label ‘How2recycle’ on their recyclable packaging to help end-customers raise awareness of recycling.

When we line-tested with our Indian customer, our recyclable retortable pouch endured 130 Celsius degree for 50 minutes and recorded WVTR and OTR under 1.5.

Such result satisfied our customer, who is now happy with meeting their customers’ need for sustainability without depreciating any of their quality, price, and lead time.
