Speculation

    1) The Commodity is to be exported by the Regulation and Law of South Korea.

    2) The Buyer shall issue Irrevocable, Transferable Documentary Letter of Ccredit              in favor of the  Seller according to the Proforma Invoice.

    3) According to the Korean Law, only the Licensed Assayer approved by the                      Korean Government is permitted to issue the Assay Report (Certificate).

    4) After the Assay is completed, the Buyer proceeed payment processing

5) When the Payment is completed to the Seller’s designated bank account, the Seller shall permit the Commodity to be released and ship to the Final Destination designated by the Buyer.
