Vacuum technology plays a very important role in all fields of industry, and if many users lack understanding of vacuum technology, process interruption, excessive energy or operating costs may occur.

Previously, when using a vacuum pump, there was no special method even if moisture came in, so there was no means of management other than changing the oil or repairing the vacuum pump depending on the degree of corrosion.

So, the only way was to worry about suppressing moisture inflow at the stage before entering the vacuum pump, but in reality, the effect of blocking moisture inflow is minimal due to the fast suction speed of vacuum pressure, or a huge budget was invested to build a system. Most attempts were made to do so.

DIC's oil-water separator for vacuum pumps, DI-OS A series, separates moisture from the oil in the oil tank inside the vacuum pump using a circular cycling method. The separated moisture is detected by a sensor and automatically discharged, thereby removing the vacuum pump oil in the oil tank. It is managed to be closer to pure oil.

DIC's oil-water separator for vacuum pumps uses a filter method to collect and separate moisture, and the moisture is automatically discharged.
