There are some options to produce EDM wire as fols.

1. There are three kinds of  Brass Wire based on copper alloy components, called K1(65Cu-35Zn), K2(63Cu-37Zn) and K3(60Cu-40Zn).

2. Special Zinc coated Wire is avaialble.

3. Wire diameter is optional ranging from 0.10 upto 0.30mm

4. Tensile strength is optional (hard type or soft type) 

5. Various spools are avaialble (P3, P5, P10, P20(15), DIN125, DIN160, DIN200, DIN250).
