By Microwave

- Open the plastic wrapping slightly and pop your defrosted hotteok into the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. If the pancake is in frozen state, you can microwave it for 2-3 minutes.

By Frying Pan (Recommended)

- Defrost your hotteok if you'd like to use the frying pan to prepare your Korean sweet pancake. To the pan, add oil, or skip it if you'd prefer, and on low heat pan fry the hotteok for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
