l  2019   Acquisition of concrete admixture company in Myanmar

l  2021 Expanded PCE production line up to 2,500 Ton for month.

Now We/KMB plan to sell every month 1,000 Ton of PCE to admixture company in worldwide.

Retarder                                                       

MEGAD R is a condensation retardant based on the gluconic acid system. Depending on the user's use, MEGAD R can be added in an appropriate amount to show the effect of condensation delay.

It also helps prevent cracks and colt joints with mass concrete that requires condensation delay Especially when applied at high temperatures in the summer, it is also useful for long-distance travel and vehicle atmosphere.

•   It prevents cold joints

• It prevents cracks caused by early hardening.

• Condensation time can be adjusted according to the usage.

• Specific gravity:  1.170±0.05

• Type  :  Liquid

• Color  :  Colorless

• Mass structures requiring hydration heat control

• Structures where connections can cause colt joints.

•When a delay in concrete is required due to long hours of work

•Attention because overloading may delay concrete hardening for a long time.

•Use of MEGAD R is 0.3~2.5% of the weight of cement. It may be more efficient depending on the mixture of concrete, so please make a decision after testing it thoroughly before using it.

• MEGAD R is supplied by 200 Ltr drum and 20kg/container.

• This product should not be left at a temperature below 0℃. When freezing the product, melt it at 30℃ and stir until it is in its original state.

• The expiration date of this product is 6 months from the date of manufacture
