Description

CS-613FD is a water-based multi-purposed epoxy putty and adhesive.
It’s developed for filling seam, gap between Calcium Silicate board. 

It is environmentally friendly which does not pose health hazard to user and dwellers.

The best part is how easy it can be cleaned with just water. 

It’s easy to mix even by hand due to our innovative water-based technology.

Application tools : Use a smooth trowel or something similar.

Appearance : 
 Part A: Smooth pseudo-plastic non-runny, non-sagging blue paste.

 Part B: Smooth pseudo-plastic non-runny,non-sagging green paste.

Application

1. The surface to be adhered must be free of dust, release agent, oil and grease

2. Mix part A and part B with 1: 1 (by volume), and stir until homogeneous as

    indicated by uniform color.

3. Do not stir or mix the two parts on the application surface.

Mix ratio 1: 1 (By volume)

Pot life (mixed)

 15℃: 40 – 50 min.

 25℃: 25 - 30 min.

 35℃: 15 - 20 min.

Viscosity (25°C / spindle #7/ 10rpm)

 Part A: 140000 - 160000 cps

 Part B: 200000 - 250000 cps

Tack Free Time : 3 hours at 25℃

Complete curing time : About 7 days at 25℃

Hardness Shore D : 60 - 70

Water absorption : < 2%

Application temperature : 0℃ - 40℃ (Suitable for all season)

Coverage : 
Part A 1L mix with Part B 1L can seal 66.66 m gap with 5 mm wide and 6 mm

deep.
