Hydroquat 510STKC, which has a phosphoryl choline structure mimicking the cell membrane of corneocyte, is an innovative cosmetic ingredient that upgrades the quality of cosmetics by improving skin barrier function, moisturizing, sensory effect and skin adhesion. HydroquatTM 510STKC is a colorless transparent liquid product contained 5% of Polyquaternium-51 as active key ingredient.
