Generally, after 2 ~ 4 hours of attaching, you will feel the highest skin temperature and warmth lasts for 8 hours.
You can wear it every other day to protect your skin.
There is no risk of burns on the product itself however, if you feel it is too hot while usage, please stop using immediately.
While usage, if there is swelling, pain, red dots on skin, stop using immediately.
People with allergy or skin infection or eczema should not use it.
