Description
CS-102SL is a neutral curing hybrid sealant that is applied to various parts
for automotive soundproofing, anti-rusting and anti-vibration.
It is a high-performance product with excellent adhesion and durability.
Application Instructions
◆ Cleaning and drying the substrate: Remove any oil, dust, etc.
that may interfere with adhesion to prevent moisture and grease.
◆ Masking tape: To prevent contamination around the applied area,
pretreatment is done with masking tape with vinyl.
◆ Apply: Mounted on a dedicated gun (cox jetflow3) and spray at a
distance of about 30cm with a pressure of 6bar or more.
(Low air pressure can reduce spray performance).
◆ Remove masking tape (Cleaning): When application is complete,
remove the masking tape before curing.
