Plain Dutch Weave

As a derivation of plain weave, the mesh of main wires are broad and the cross wires are stricked together closely.

Letting liquids or air pass through the intersections of the main and cross wires.

The net is best suited for filtering dehydration, and separation of centrifugal separators.

Mesh is indicated by the number of weft wires between a distance of 25.4mm

Reverse Plain Dutch Weave

It's a product in which the larger count of wires is found in the warp and smaller count in the sheet, thus reversing the method used in plain and twilled dutch weave

Twilled Dutch Weave

  The process of manufacture of twilled dutch weave is a combination of twilled weave and dutch weave. The cross wires are sticked fast to both the interior and exterior of the net. 

This has a density twice that of dutch weave, begin the most minute and firm filtrator for separation.

It is possible by the number of weft wires between a distance 25.4mm

Revers Twilled Dutch Weave

It's a product in which the larger count of wires is found in the warp and the smaller count in the sheet, thus revising the mothod used in plain and twilled Dutch Weaves.

Chemical Composition.

1. Stainless Steel Wire

With the addition of 11% or more chromium to steel, the alloy becomes non-staining under most conditions that corrode plain steel, thus the term stainless is applied.

2. Nickel Alloys

Nickel is noted for its corrosion resistance, good electrical coductivity and high heat- transfer properties. Wire mesh woven of nickel is used pure food and drug processing among several other applications although nickel wire cloth is replaced frequently with stainless steel.
