The CAT series are bad odor dust collectors that utilize the property of gas molecules (atoms) that will attach to solid surfaces. In these products, contaminants are removed through being adsorbed to active carbon of high adsorption property when the air contain contaminants is taken in. 

They are much used at work sites where a large amount of organic compounds, organic gasses (VOC's), and bad odor are created, because they have larger filtering area and higher adsorption force than the general dust collectors.

Low-cost high-efficiency dust collector

This product features compact design and large filtering area, which leads to a very excellent efficiency of removing organic gasses, bad odor, etc. It also features low maintenance cost and easy operation.

Easy maintenance

This product is designed to replace activated carbon at regular intervals, which is economical because no other maintenance is required.

Outstanding deodorizing capability

This product deodorizes ammonia, which emits strong bad odor, at the minimum ratio of 99%, methyl mercaptan, at the minimum ratio of 92%, and formaldehyde, at the minimum ratio of 83%, with the outstanding deodorizing capability of active carbon.

High-efficiency fans of dedicated design

This product features strong suction force and low-noise operation, because it has high-durability high-efficiency turbo fans.

Digital differential pressure gauge

This gauge enables the identification of contaminants, replacement timing of the filters, etc., so that the operator can manage it safely and conveniently.

Automatic shut-off function for equipment protection

When it is necessary to replace or clean the filters, this function automatically shuts off the product for protecting it, and sounds buzzer for alarming.   (In this case, the product operation is resumed when the filters are replaced or cleaned.)

High scalability

Applications

These products are suitable for adsorption and removal of organic substances contained in volatile organic compounds (VOC's), ketone, aldehyde, ester, organic acids, nitrogen, or sulfur. 

Work sites where VOC's are created, paint factories, chemical factories, fodder factories, waste/night soil treatment facilities, various types of incinerators, semiconductor/electronics/printing factories, painting work, cleaning work, molding work, drying work, heat treatment work, and other work sites where bad odor is created.
