DWS series is a dust collector that removes contaminants through making the air (gas) containing contaminants contact water.

DWS series is a cleaning-type dust collector that creates a water vortex at the water tank placed inside the product through the airflow generated by the suction force of the blower. While the air containing contaminants flows through the water vortex, the contaminants are collected, and the purified air is released to the outside.

DWS series are products that are designed so that vortex is created in 2 steps, that the time during which contaminants contact water is lengthened for increasing dust collection efficiency, and that the strong force of vortex can collect fine particles.

They are suitable for removing dust containing sparks, the dust of high explosion hazard, hygroscopic dust, and dust containing high-temperature gas or moisture. They also feature outstanding dust collection efficiency of 99.99% (dust of 2㎛ in size).

When it is necessary to process dust containing bad odor, they enable the addition of activated carbon or absorbents for the processing. It also has a merit that high dust collection efficiency is maintained regardless of dust types or sizes.

Applications

These products are suitable for work sites in which aluminum dust, magnesium dust, hygroscopic dust, the dust of explosion hazard, the dust of fire hazard, high-temperature gas, high-temperature dust, harmful gas, etc. are created.

Maximized dust collection efficiency based on double water vortex
Since the water vortex generates in two steps, the contaminant will come into contact with the water vortex for a long time. It improves the efficiency of dust collection and collects fine particles as well.

No need for separate pump to create water vortex
This product does not require a pump, because it is designed to have a structure in which vortex is created in the water tank from the air flow generated by the suction force of the blower.

Installed checking window for maintenance
This product facilitates checking for maintenance, because the window enables external visual checking of the operating condition of the inside of the dust collector.

Automatic water level adjustment function

If the water level inside the water tank becomes low due to evaporation and consumption of the water, it may reduce the dust collection efficiency. In preparation for such occurrence, this product has a water level gauge that enables automatic adjustment of the level through refilling.

Sludge discharge and easy cleaning
The precipitated sludge, which is generated by dust absorbed into water, is collected in the sludge box installed at the lower part of the product. The sludge can be removed easily by means of the drain valve or the sludge conveying pump. (option)

Freeze protection(option)
Install the heating wire in the tank and the water pipes were prepared for freezing.

Filter-free structure
It filters contaminants by water vortex system, and can be operated economically without using a filter. Demister filters can be cleaned and reused.

Ability to treat some special dust
Special dusts such as dusts containing sugar, explosive dust, hot gas, noxious gas, odor gas, and ignitable dust that can not be treated by filter type dust collector can be treated.
