The WGB series are dust collectors that have a structure in which a dust collector and a work booth are integrated.

They are dust collectors that are designed, so that work processes in which a large amount of contaminants is created can be done in a booth separated from outside, and that the contaminants such as dust and spark dust can be removed immediately upon creation.

Applications

These products are suitable for work sites where a large amount of fine dust, scattered dust, and spark dust is created.

These products are suitable for powder feeding, powder filling, press work, grinder work, parts fabrication work, milling work, cutting work, rubber material mixing, pulverization work, sanding work, surface treatment work, polishing work, etc.

Integrated-type dust collection system of high space utilization

This product comprises a booth-integrated dust collection system that has high space utilization at work sites, and that does not require installation of separate hoods.

Enclosed structure comprising transparent partitions

This product is designed to have an enclosed structure, so that contaminants such as dust created during work cannot be released to the outside, and that the work site can be maintained clean. In addition, its outside walls are made of transparent partitions, and its front side has a transparent vinyl curtain, so that workers can feel little repulsion to closed space, and that the work conditions can be identified from outside.

Dust-scattering prevention system (push air system)

This product has a push air system that pushes down the air from the booth ceiling for preventing scattering of fine dust, etc., protecting workers' health, and increasing dust collection efficiency. (optional)

Free adjustment of air rate

This product has a number of slot dampers at its front, so that the air rate can be adjusted freely to meet the work conditions.

Easy installation and high scalability

This product can be installed easily at unit work processes. When a number of processes require dust collectors, this product can be installed additionally to the processes.

Automatic filter cleaning system (Air Pulse Jet System)

The air pulse Jet system automatically blasts high-pressure air for dedusting the filters, which increases dust collection efficiency, enables 24/7 operation, and extends filter life.  The operating time of the air pulse jet system can be adjusted at the operator's discretion.

Digital monitoring and control system

This product features a digital monitoring and control system that enables monitoring and controlling of the differential pressure at the filters, the replacement cycle of the filters, and the operation of the air pulse jet system. The digital monitoring and control system also automatically detect the cleaning and replacement cycles of the filters, and prompt them with alarm sound or lamp, so that customers can use the product safely and conveniently.

High-efficiency fans of dedicated design

This product features strong suction force and low-noise operation, because it has high-durability high-efficiency turbo fans.

Digital differential pressure gauge

This gauge enables the identification of contaminants, replacement timing of the filters, etc., so that the operator can manage it safely and conveniently.

Automatic shut-off function for equipment protection

When it is necessary to replace or clean the filters, this function automatically shuts off the product for protecting it, and sounds buzzer for alarming.   (In this case, the product operation is resumed when the filters are replaced or cleaned.)

Easy maintenance

This product is designed for easy maintenance by mounting the devices requiring maintenance such as the filters, the air pulse valves, and the air tanks to the front of the product. In addition, the filters can be replaced easily without any tool.

Automatic dedusting function after operation

After the operation of the product is completed (fan motor off), the air pulse jet system automatically cleans the filters, which increases dust collection efficiency, and extends filter life. (The dedusting time can be adjusted.)

Filters of maximized filtering area

The filters are made of polyester fabric that has a high frictional strength and tensile strength. With the cartridge-type design having maximized filtering area, the filters can collect fine scattered dust. Various options such as polyester (for general dust) and 3D Porex (for fine dust) are available to meet the properties of subject dust.

Easy disposal of dust

This product is designed to have a structure that collects dust removed from the filters in a drawer-type dust box or a cylindrical one-touch detachable box installed at the bottom of the product, which enables easy disposal of dust without worries about secondary contamination.
