I’m Cafe Cold brew coffee is coffee made at low temperature using only fresh water, and it is a high quality liquid coffee with a non-provocative, soft, deep and rich taste.

It is fully concentrated Cold brew coffee extracted at high concentration without an enrichment process at a low temperature less than 18’C to minimize the taste and flavor of the coffee.

It is 3 times more highly concentrated coffee than espresso using the new coffee extraction process known as the ‘Super Drop Method,’ so you can make various styles of cofee drinks and desserts.

To vitalize the characteristics of the bean, the beans are blended after being individually roasted, thus allowing you to feel the taste and aroma of the bean abundantly.
