Innochem Co., Ltd., a fully private owned company, was established on the 4th of April 2011. We are the

exclusive Korean manufacturer of anti-corrosion coating products for pipelines/metal substrate industries

and producer of chemical grout solutions for infrastructure repair. In addition to developing and manufacturing, Innnochem offers various technical services to the industries that range from research & development to on-site trainings through our trained personnel.

Innochem’s cold applied tape coating system, INNOWRAP®, has a range of anti-corrosion coatings that

are composed of polyethylene backing with butyl rubber based adhesive. It is manufactured using the

co-extrusion process. Co-xtrusion has over 40 years of proven technology in the coating industry, offering

the highest degree of uniformity and inner cohesive strength. INNOWRAP® can be applied in the

field for line travel coating methods; applied in a coating plant (stationary and movable); application on

girth weld coatings for plant applied pre-coated pipe with either same coating material or other types of

anti-corrosion coatings (epoxy, extruded polyethylene, coal tar, asphalt, polyurethane and etc.); application

for tie-in of pipe at the construction site; application for patch and repair of coated pipe prior to burial.

Innochem’s heat shrinkable sleeve coating system, KOWRAP®, offers effective high performance corrosion protection and sealing for transmission pipelines, joint and fittings. It can further provide long-term sealing for the entire piping systems. KOWRAP®, based on cross-linked polymer technology and its unique characteristic behavior, provides high performance uniformity coatings/sealing and conforms  excellence to a variety of difficult shapes and sizes. KOWRAP to a variety of difficult shapes and sizes. KOWRAP®’s quick and simple installation demonstrates outstanding adhesion values to compatible substrates, it is widely used in gas and water distribution, pipeline construction and etc. It is compatible and can be applied over P.E., FBE, coal tar, bitumen, asphalt and cold applied tape coated pipelines.

Innochem’s polyurethane, epoxy, polyurea, chemical grout product lines, INNORESIN®, offers superior

solutions for soil stabilization, slab lifting, leak sealing and etc. It is optimally formulated to stabilize soils,

fill voids and stop leaks in every type of environment including wet and dry conditions. Soil stabilization

and slab lifting with polyurethane foams offer many advantages over traditional mudjacking. INNORESIN® is engineered to tackle underlying issues and slab lifting with precise and dependable results. It will provide superb overall result with its fast curing time, simple and easy application process, high durability and

reliability.

In addition to INNOWRAP®, KOWRAP® and INNORESIN®, Innochem designs, manufactures and offers full technical support for all coating projects and infrastructure repair. All products are produced at our South Korea, ISO certified facility. Trained personnel monitor all products to ensure quality and uniformity. We
