DESCRIPTION

CP-502 is Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate copolymer latex , it has film with flexibility.

It can be use to mix cement , extend prolife and reduce stiffness of cement.

APPLICATION

■ CP502 can be use to mix cement , extend prolife and reduce stiffness of cement, 

   and it has flexibility and waterproofing after cement solidification.

■ It is a elastomeric coating used to the surface of a cement wall, the latex can add to

   more filler and change the viscosity unapparent.

■ THICKNESS：About 1 mm when just sizing; about 0.8 mm after dry

■ COVERAGE：About 2 Kg/m2 （Dry membrane reach to 2 mm，apply 2~3 times）

■ SUGGESTION：

1. Tools: Brush/ Roller/ Spray Gun

2. Normal: Emulsion

3. Enhance elongation performance by increasing emulsion content 5~10%.

4. To get better tensile strength might reduce the usage of emulsion.

5. Dilute with water if apply by roller or spray gun. Add 10

6. Avoid cracking, shrinking or other paint failure by following

■ PRIMER：CA-002 or CA-003 dilute 2~3 times for using

■ COATING：Water-base Paint. Test before using, if apply solvent-base paint.

■ DILUTE AGENT：Water（5～10% for roller）
