application is LD , LED , microwave circuit and solar cells. Available
diameter range from 2" to 4 ". We also offer single crystal GaAs wafer
by LEC and VGF method , so that we could provide customers the best
choice of GaAs wafers with perfect electrical properties and surface
quality.
We supply GaAs wafers in ingots and wafers of different
grades (mechanical grade, epi-grade, prime-grade, etc.). In addition,
all the customers’ requirements as for the EPD value, surface quality,
size and orientation might be customized.
