DESCRIPTION 

HYPERCOAT-518 is a premium, semithixotropic, liquidapplied, highly permanent

elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component synthetic rubber membrane 

used for longlasting waterproofing. HYPERCOAT518 is solvent based, cured by

reaction with ground air moisture. And it’s semi-thixotropic for use in sloped surfaces.

APPLICATION

◎ Concrete Roof, balconies, terraces and verandas

◎ Wet areas (under-tile) in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, auxiliary rooms, etc.

◎ Pedestrian and vehicular traffic decks

◎ Green roofs, flowerbeds, planter boxes

◎ For repair old bitumen felts, asphalt felts, EPDM and PVC membranes and old 

   acrylic coatings.

◎ Waterproofing and protection of concrete constructions like bridgedecks, tunnels, stadi     um stands, car parks, etc.

Product properties 

◎ Long lasting performance with acidity and alkaline ◎ Good resistant with oil, 

   bitumen, wax

◎ Strong adhesion with metal and concrete substrate

◎ One component products, easy to apply and suitable for various tooling

◎ Elongation more than 700%, tensile strength more than 70kgf/cm2,

◎ Penetration strength more than 25kgf/cm2, tear strength more than 40kgf/cm

Application preparation：

■ Substrate should be even and clear with moisture rate less than 10%

■ Suggest apply PU25/CA-007/CA-008 for repairing substrate if necessary

■ Easy to apply product with roller, knife or airless spray

■ When apply product, allow to adjust working ability with solvent like toluene/ xylene

Consumption calculation

■ Every coat would consume around 1.2kg/per sqm

■ If not use specific primer should dilute HYPERCOAT 518 with solvent 2~3 times 

   and consume 0.3kg/per sqm
