Product Information
DESCRIPTION
CP-581 is a high performance acrylic emulsion additive for cement and sand mixes for
waterproofing purposes. Be proud of its own softness, elasticity and easy to apply.
USAGE
Masonry, concrete, cement, balcony , and various porous materials.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATIONS
1. Clean the surface to be free from loose particles, dirt and oil.
2. Smooth the substrate with primer first.
BLENDING PREPARATION
1. Adding aggregate into CP-581 whilst mixing.
2. Leave the mixture around 5 minutes and the bubbles will vanish. Stir it well
before re-use.
APPLICATION
◎ Recommended Mixing Ratio is CP-581 : Aggregate = 1 : 1 ~ 2 ( By Weight )
◎ Primer: CA-002W or CA-107 SBR
◎ Coating: Any water-based coating.
If solvent-based paint is applied, please test before using.
WORKING PROCEDURE
1. Use rollers, brushes or trowels.
2. Do not make the thick on 1st layer. Apply one more layer if any cracks happened
3. After 2~3 days from 1st layer treatment, suggest to apply the 2nd layer with contrast
cross direction.
4. Leave 3 days for fully curing and then proceed further application.
