Properties of amorphous refractories

Unshaped refractory materials, also known as plastic refractory materials, including high performance wear-resistant, refractory and plastic materials, are advanced amorphous refractory materials in the form of mud billets or mud masses constructed by ramming, vibration or extrusion.Excellent wear resistance, use of superior bondability and high temperature (not less than 1600 ℃), in construction process is simple, short time limit, after the construction without superior properties such as oven widely touted.

Place of use:

Repair of defects in lining of circulating fluidized bed boiler and anti-wear treatment at junction of water-cooling wall and backfiring zone.
