Frame Construction: Hydraulic Plate Rolling Machine fabricated from IS-2062 graded rolled steel plates.Frame is deeply reinforced and fines machines after stress reliving. The interlocked design put the direct support to frame and closed box type. This frame is strain free and eliminates welds at load supports. Thus the accuracy of the machine is never disturbed.

Bending Rolls: Shaft is made of special material of rolls is EN8 / Forge Steel / Steamer Shaft, machined to close accuracy and fitted in bronze bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy.

Planetary Gear Box: Machine with double gear box, one is warm gear box and another is spur reduction gear box, due to this fatigue operation and overload on electric motor & warm reduction gear box is totally avoided even when machine is working in over capacity and more over bending operation became easy.

Drive: Hydraulic roll rotation, side roll adjustment and drop end control. Combined with infinitely variable speed adjustment, this provides the operator with complete control over the process in any bending situation.

Cylinders: Very useful for getting cylindrical shapes and better performance. It works with 3 and 4 roll pyramid principals. Bottom rolls are fixed and driven by gears and warm reduction gear box top roll rotates in fixed positions and can be adjusted up & down by adjustable electric proxy.
