He founded a trading company in the name of Lokesh Engineers, in the year 1994 with merely no investment. Initially he started his journey with trading of Electrical Motors with some unknown brands then in the mid of 1994 FY he joined hands with LHP motors and started doing well with LHP motors.Considering Lokesh Engineers and Lokesh Industrial Corporation marketing progress and support infrastructure for providing efficient after sales service Crompton Greaves Limited appointed Lokesh Engineers as authorized Dealer for Motors in the year 1996 and NGEF appointed Lokesh Industrial corporation as authorized Dealer for Motors in the year 1997. With the two brands, his company started growing at good pace.
Mr R C Suresh had vision of establishing the business in a bigger way and he decided to float Private Limited company. In the year 1999, he floated a company in the name of LOKESH ELECTRICALS PVT LTD., by merging proprietorship companies and by inducting his brothers Mr R C Kantharaj, Mechanical Engineer & Mr R C Lokesh, MBA Marketing as Directors. He believes, his brothers support strengthens his entrepreneurial capability.

Constructional Features
Magnet Frame
Made from precisely punched steel laminations and pressed together in fixture to form a very rigid structure. The pressed pole stampings are similarly made in to poles and are located in the recesses provided.
Armature
Armature laminations are made from low loss dynamo grade sheets, which are assembled on a high quality steel shaft. The winding is made from Super enameled copper and fully impregnated with insulating Varnish for long life.
Dynamic Balancing
The armatures are dynamically balanced with precision using two plane balancing technique.
