SPINNING :   

·        Loyal has a total of 1,60,000 spindles and 4800 rotors producing following yarns:

·        Open End Raw white Yarns: Ne 6s to Ne 24s

·        Ring Spun Carded Raw white yarns from   Ne 10 s to Ne 36s in 100% cotton and Blends.

·        Ring Spun combed compact raw white yarns from Ne 10s to 120s in 100% cotton and Blends.

·        Compact Mélange yarn: Ne 20s to Ne 40s offered in 100% Cotton, Polyester cotton mélange blends (52/48, 50/50,    60/40) blends, Cotton   

·        Viscose, Modal ,Micro Modal mélange blends (85/15, 90/10, 95/05, 99/01).

WEAVING :

Loyal has 450 Air jet looms with a  total production capacity of 1,75,000 meters of grey woven fabric per day with a dyeing capacity of 40,000 meters per day width of the fabric ranging from 190 cms to 360 cms .

The company can weave from 6s to 100s single and ply yarns in fabric designs like Plain weave,Twill,Drill,Satin,Duck,Herringbone and Dobby.

KNITTING:

Loyal has 240 knitting machines with a capacity to produce 75,000 kgs of grey fabric with a dyeing capacity of 7000 kgs per day.

Knitted grey fabrics with Dia ranges from 20” to 34” can be offered in 100% cotton, Polyester cotton, cotton with Lycra ,Slub and Mélange fabrics.

PROCESSING HOUSE FACILITIES:

Dyes Used: Reactive, Vat, Disperse.

Special Finishes:  Peach, Brushes, Flame Retardant, Water Repellent , Anti Bacterial, Stain Guard, Anti Acid treatment resin and Enzymatic finish.

·        Our woven fabric processing capacity is 35,000 meters per day in the range 55” to 63”.

·        For knitted fabrics our processing capacity is 7000 kgs per day.

GARMENTS:

We make T shirts, Polo’s, night wears, pyjamas, Leggings under garments catering   to  men’s /women’s/kids .  We are specialized in producing and exporting all kinds of "CE" certified  work wear, safety wear conforming to European norms with special purpose machines starting from , Gerber laying and cutting , pocket setters , Placket attaching for Polos , belt loop attaching , waist band attaching , several pattern sewing machines and ironing systems using steam and hot air for pants , shirts , jackets and Polos .

New Product Line:

Recently, Company has embark in new product line as in Masculine inner clothing (Vest, briefs, trunks, boxers) and Women’s bottom wear (Leggings and Palazzos) both in knits. The idea behind this is to utilize our vast technical knowledge of fabric which we have gained through years of experience. As these products being intimate wear, it was decided to keep the product as natural as possible without neglecting the comfort. A blend of Modal and cotton was finalized to make the final product to meet the requirement strength, softness and natural fabric and then finished with natural hydrophilic softener to keep its moisture absorbency intact. Detailed research and wear and trial session allowed us to develop the fabric with right GSM and right Spandex content.
