Wagyu to be sourced from a number of graziers to meet 12 months supply commitment.

 

Our Wagyu supplied will predominately be Angus/Wagyu F1, all full-blood supplies would be preference to this client rather than other clientele.  

 

All Wagyu will have been on a Grain for a minimum of 400 days before slaughter.

 

100% Black Angus Certified beef having been on grain for a minimum of 120 days before slaughter.    

 

All meat are Halal Slaughtered - HGP Free

 

Expected live weight at slaughter 650 to 800kg - HSCW side individually assessed and graded for marble score.

 

All Beef is MSA graded and of the highest quality.

 

Wagyu will rang from 4 to 9+ marble score based on natural fall, all will be fully documented as such.

Wagyu are fed for a minimum of 400 days on grain and 4 tooth or less.

 

Angus is fed for 120 days and 4 tooth or less.

 

Standard cutting specification attached but can be amended according to clients wishes.
