      Payment Terms :

      Buyer issues SBLC MT 760

B)  Annual contract

      Available quantities :

     12,500 MT x 12 months CONTRACT

      25,000 MT x 12 months CONTRACT

      50,000 MT x 12 months CONTRACT

      100,000 MT x 12 months CONTRACT

      150,000 MT x 12 months CONTRACT

      200,000 MT x 12 months CONTRACT

Annual Contract Payment Terms :

Non-Transferable SBLC or Stand-by Letter of Credit (MT760) as guarantee

for ONE monthly value and TT (MT103) as payment per shipment.

POP (MT799).
