NOTE:

CIF PRICE (Cost, Insurance and Freight):

CIF price means our company shall take care of the shipment of the goods to
your destination port, so the price includes the actual cost of goods,
shipment freight charges and Insurance cover. If the client buys on CIF
basis, our company shall insure the goods and we shall also ship the goods
directly to the buyer’s destination port. It is advisable for all clients
to buy using CIF method if you do not import this particular product
regularly from Thailand in order to avoid extra taxes and customs duties
which may apply.

FOB PRICE (Free On Board):

FOB price means that the client shall pay only for the cost of the goods.
The client shall be responsible for the shipment and insurance. The buyer
shall buy the goods and then bring bring his own carrier to ship the goods
to his destination port. When the client pays for the goods, we shall
transport the goods from our factory to Bangkok seaport and hand over the
goods to the buyer’s shippers. We advise only buyers who have a long time
experience in importing copy papers from Thailand to buy using FOB as it
entails long tax, documentation process and customs regulations that may
apply depending on the destination country of the delivery.

- SELLER FORWARDS COMPLETE HARD COPIES OF MASTER B/L AND COMPLETE SHIPPING
DOCUMENTS BY COURIER TO THE BUYER BEFORE GOODS REACH BUYER’S PORT OF
DISCHARGE

Upon reception of this information, we shall issue you our sales contract
for you to sign and revert a copy back to us, you should get receive a
proforma invoice thereafter and guarantee your goods. When you receive the
proforma invoice, you are required to remit 30% via TT the total invoice
value so that that we can begin to process the loading of your shipment.
When we settle the freight charges of your shipment and the shipment is
confirm for delivery, we shall forward to you a copy of the B/L . At this
stage, you shall remit 30% TT of the total invoice value into our company’s
account details as instructed in the proforma invoice. we shall then
forward to you the hard copies of all shipping documents to your address by
courier.
