Furnace oil centrifugal filtration machine has a 100% consumable free centrifuge which has been specially designed and developed for Furnace oil cleaning. Centrifuge rotates at 3000 – 4000 RPM. The centrifuge can hold up to 10 Kg of sludge. It removes impurities up to 0.2 microns in size.

The system has no recurring cost and no replacement component. It is absolutely maintenance free. Centrifuge requires periodic cleaning. Cleaning interval is fixed based on experience depending upon the degree of impurities present in FO/ LDO.
