ART Graphic Coating Resin 

│ 1. Natural Resin │

The sign companies mostly use epoxy at last step in channel work. We wonder if epoxy is good material in spite of some merits. Long curing time is problem. It's critical weakness in market against the clock. Additionally yellowing and disorption(low adhesion) has been problem. The natural resin from us, ART PLAY is newly developed by ourselves and curing condition is 30 minutes at 55℃. This resin's strong adhesion can make us reduce amount to 1/3 as compared with epoxy work amount and have no disorption problem. It is synthesized in high purity, so has no yellowing.It is eco-friendly to be certified through Halogen Free. It is 100% solid, not volatile, and hardly has smell. The method that it is applied to channel letters is that at first, the UV sealing resin developed by ART PLAY is filled up to gap between PC and channel, this sealing resin is cured in 10 seconds at UV curing system. After sealing completion, the mixed natural resin is defoamed at defoamer in about 5 minutes. This defoamed resin is poured to channel letter. We removebubbles with microtorch and cure in 30 minutes at 55℃ in curing oven. The coating material through natural resin isglossy like glass, not sticky and has no fingerprint spot.

Using the organic pigment of which partilce size is controlled, there is no yellowing and discoloration and high gloss.
This organic pigment has no yellowing and discoloration, and light scattering effect is good, so there is high gloss and illumination.
