About Us:  Pariz Nuts is a family business which has been involved in growing nuts for more than 3 generations. Our Headquarter is located in Sirjan, a town at southeast of Iran. Company own gardens of Pistachio and Almond  which located in Pariz and Sirjan in Kerman province . We do all process from Planting, growing, harvesting, packaging and exporting of our products. This ability has helped us to shape our business into a farm direct marketplace for our customers. We also have close relation to grower of fig in Estahban area with a distance of 1.5 hours and also Piarom and Mazafati Dates with same distance. In fact the geographical location of our company contributed to have direct access to growers of all these products. As a professional company in these products, we supply products with the best quality and competitive price. We have our professional workers and experienced team to promise the quality and delivery date. The main destination of our products is Japan.

Pistachios

Our pistachios come directly from our orchards in southeast of Iran (Rafsenjan and Sirjan) and they are well known in all international markets. Iranian pistachios have different names according to their shapes and sizes. We Produce and export all kinds of pistachio:

A- Pistachios' sizes & measurement scale

 Pistachios are usually measured on the basis of quantity in each ounce. Each ounce contains 28.33 grams. the number of pistachio in each ounce specifies the size of particular pistachio:

a- (18-20) means: number of pistachios in each ounce are between 18-20
b- (20-22) means: number of pistachios in each ounce are between 20-22
c- (22-24) means: number of pistachios in each ounce are between 22-24
d- (24-26) means: number of pistachios in each ounce are between 24-26

All four sizes are named "JUMBO ROUND SIZE".

e- (26-28) means: number of pistachios in each ounce are between 26-28
f- (28-30) means: number of pistachios in each ounce are between 28-30
g- (30-32) means: number of pistachios in each ounce are between 30-32
h- (32-34) means: number of pistachios in each ounce are between 32-34

 B- Pistachios shape

 I- Long pistachios are locally called AKBARI, AHMAD AQAIEE and BADAMY

II- Round & Large Pistachio are locally called KALEH QOUCHI.
III- Round & Small Pistachio are locally called FANDOUGHI.

 Round Pistachio (Fandoghi): This cultivar is the most widely available pistachio variety and grows in most pistachio growing areas of Iran. Fandoghi is of round type and has the lowest shape index among the four cultivars. It comes in the following sizes 28/30, 30/32 and 32/34 nuts per ounce. Size 26/28 is also available in small quantity

 Jumbo Pistachio (Kalleh Ghouchi): This type of pistachio tree has a good yield and the nuts are of round type. Sizes are 20/22, 22/24 and 24/26, with 18/20 being available in small quantities

Super Long Pistachio (Akbari): This is a newer variety with good yield and with long, large nuts (sizes: 20/22, 22-24 and 24/26, with 18/20 also available in small quantities). It has the highest shape index (longest). It’s the most easy-to-open pistachio variety among the four.

Long Pistachio (Ahmad Aghaei): The newest commercial variety, very popular with the farmers, because of high yield and its shorter time to reach production. It is very popular in some markets like India and Greece. Production of this variety is increasing. The appearance of Ahmad Aghaei pistachio resembles the Kerman variety of US pistachios. It also has the whitest shell hue among the four. Ahmad Aghaei is a long pistachio type, with the shape index just falling above 1.5. It comes in sizes 22/24, 24/26, 26/28 and 28/30, with 20/22 being available in small quantities. 

Closed Shell Pistachio: This type of pistachios is naturally closed mouth and has not opened yet. Through process of shelling, hard shells are removed and natural kernels are extracted.

Roasted and Salted Pistachio: These boast a very favorable taste. 

Roasted and Unsalted Pistachio: These are quite suitable for individuals who are on a salt free diet.
