COMA Technology is mainly producing the parts of sapphire, alumina, ceramics, quartz, etc. for semiconductor and LCD equipment and other machines as requested by customers based on the outstanding technology in ultra precision shape machining of such hard materials as above and the super mirror surface lapping/polishing capacity for surface roughness improvement.

Especially currently taking notice of the fact that by replacing the existing materials of the parts with sapphire we can extend the equipment lifetime remarkably and minimize the particles, thus increasing the interval between part replacements and reducing the downtime, which in turn reduces the cost and increases the yield rate eventually. We are trying to develop the new market for moving to sapphire parts.
