By mixing 10 microns of ceramic and 40 mictons of special ceramics and titanium oxide(TIO2).

1. Basis treatment Cleans foreign substances of the surface to be coated with high-pressure sprayer and dries.
Concrete is washed with high pressure washing and the rust on the steel plate is to be removed.

2. Primer treatmentThe proper primer(Silla) treatment is to be done depending on the material of the surface to be coated. For concretes, the microstructure elastic Sillas and for steel plates, the modified epoxy primer, etc.

3. Stirring (mixing)While Dairom is a finished product, mixes thoroughly well with power agitator as the ceramic comes  up on the top during storage. Mixes at least for 4-5 minutes.
* When the concentration is dense so that it’s difficult to paint, it may be mixed with water.
  . When brush or roller is used : add 1,500cc water per barrel.
  . When sprayer is used : add 1,000~3,000cc water per barrel.
  . When using the trowel, use as it is.
 

4. PaintingApplies 2 to 3 times separately. The thick coating by one time painting can cause cracks. 
Applies to 30-35m2 with one barrel.   
  . Roof, exterior walls : about 0.6mm by applying twice (within 35m2/barrel)
  . Inner wall : about 0.6mm by applying twice (within 35m2/barrel)
  . Sound insulation purposes: about 0.8mm by applying twice (25m2/barrel)       
 

5. Dry and ventilation2nd and 3rd painting are to be done after 2hours(summer) to 4 hours (winter). On 1st week, dries naturally to allow ceramic hollow bodies to come up to the surface. Provides good ventilation during installation as much as possible.
