Vacuum system consists of two independent sub-structure, each subsystem equipped with a fixed number of three-loop vacuum lines, each carrying a fixed cycle of both the vacuum-conditioning system and vacuum display system, thus making the surface of vacuum plate uniform and stable .. Haul-off unit  Haul-off has the first group and the second group, the first group of hauling off machine is big power, large reduction ratio, multi roller type, it has low speed running performance, the hauling force is large, can synchronously and uniformly pull the hollow grid sheet out from vacuum forming stand. Cutting machine  equipped with precise moment fixed length cutting and automatic lifting discharge device, special wear-resistant alloy knife blade, to ensure the cutting section quality of sheet. Saw cutting is used for thick sheet above 5mm.

A high proportion of recyclable flakes can be mixed with raw materials.
