Zirconia-alumina is formed after its mix zircon sand and alumina sand smelted 2000℃ temperature in electric arc furnace. It's main chemical content is mixture of zirconium dioxide and aluminium oxide.It features compact structure,high toughness,high intensity and high temperature resisting. As a kind of high quality abrasive materials, zirconium corundum can produce high-performance heavy loading grinding wheel, which can grind steel parts, cast iron parts, heat-resistant steel and various alloy materials very well. In addition, Zirconia corundum is also an high grade refractory raw material, it can used for production high-performance sliding nozzle and submerged nozzle ideal material, can also be used for the production of glass furnace zirconium corundum brick.
