Liquid Potting Silicone Rubber for LED Electronics is a kind of double parts addition type liquid silicone potting material ,used for potting of electronic parts /PCB to enhance waterproof , insulation, anti-seismic ability ,it has good heating resistance ,release of internal stresses, good impact ,flame retardant ,thermal conductivity which guarantee the stability of electronic parts .It suits for electronic modules ,power source ,sensor ,solar battery , LED starting power source , transformer potting .

Operation of Liquid Potting Silicone Rubber for LED Electronics:

1. Preparing: Clean up the coating surface, remove the rust, dust, oil dirt.

2. Pouring: Weigh the silicone and catalyst correctly, mix silicone part A and part B thoroughly, pour onto the electronic components/surface after vacuum degassing.

3. Curing: Room temperature cure or heat-up cure is both workable.

4. It should be use up after open the package, the material must be kept in a cool place sealed well, and it should avoid from contact with moisture in the air.

Product Notice of Liquid Potting Silicone Rubber for LED Electronics:

a. Surface dry in 60-120 min ,24 hrs completely dry and a week time reach to the good condition;

b Application and curing procedure should have good air ventilation;

c Avoid eye contacting un-curried material, if contacting , please dealing  with running  water then seek medical treatment;

d Sealed storage in dry and cool condition ,shelf life three month;
