Product Information
Kopron Dock Levelers are designed in Italy and manufactured according to the same high quality technical standards in different productions site worldwide, with the aim of creating a movable bridge between the loading/ unloading area and the surface of a vehicle, leveling out differences in height. After the truck has approached the loading area, Kopron dock leveler main plate rises, the lip swings outwards and then the main plate descends bringing the lip on top of the truck floor. Thanks to the bridge created, the forklift can go directly into the truck for loading and unloading operation.
Kopron dock leveler is hence useful to improve logistics efficiency and reduce loading/unloading time.
One single operator can operate the equipment through dedicated control box which drives the hydraulic power pack (750W, 380V, 50HZ).
Hydraulic power pack and control box are Made in Italy.
Safety devices:
Two side single footguards in galvanized steel.
Self locking system embedded in the hydraulic circuit
Emergency stop.
Material used for manufacturing is robust, having to bear considerable weights and is in compliance with EC standards.
